Yoga mat, yoga towel, sweat towel, water bottle.

is there parking?

Parking is available next to the Harding Center in the church parking lot for the event. Cars cannot be left there overnight.

What is the best time to arrive?

Please arrive promptly at 630PM to check in and secure your spot. The class will start at 7PM and run until 830PM. We will have a social hour after the class concludes.
